Easter is just around the corner. I’ve always liked Easter. The gift baskets, bright and cheerful colors, and brunch with the family after church (hopefully, at the “all-you-can-eat” buffet!).
It’s also one of two days of the year that everyone shows up to church. Even that cousin you haven’t seen since last year walks through the door feeling a little awkward.
No matter. We are just glad they showed up. In fact, we wish that all the people that showed up would continue to come to church from that day forward. It would be great to have all the seats or pews filled every Sunday.
