I was wondering why this book keeps in some of the characters that it does. I feel like since it’s a condensed version of the Bible trying to focus in on the story pointing to Christ that every one mentioned in it is mentioned for a reason. Any thoughts on this? These last two chapters seemed to have a few individuals mentioned (seemingly) randomly.

      Hi Leigh Ann!
Yes, it is definitely selective in the choice of people it focuses on vs. those it excludes. Isaac, for example, is glossed over, though he is a patriarch.
It is also attempting to keep things in chronological order. Thus, the accounts of Adam and Eve are followed by Cain and Abel, Noah and Abram (Abraham). If I was the editor, I might have included some passages that are critical to predicting Christ, and cut out other sections which seem to have little relation. Hopefully, the videos will fill some of this in!
      Blessings, Pastor
